Third-Party Sources

We retrieve available carrier information associated with your USDOT number from CarrierOK, a third-party motor carrier data provider. We only extract and store the specific business, contact, and fleet fields needed to process your UCR renewal — we do not use or display unrelated data such as inspection, crash, insurance, or safety-metric records that this provider may separately maintain.

Service Providers

We share information as necessary with: Lemon Squeezy (our payment processor), our email delivery provider, and our hosting/infrastructure providers, solely to operate the service.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to: look up and display your company information; process and track your order; process payment; send you order and status communications; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; comply with applicable legal obligations; and improve our service.
